2023 Taylor Festival Highlights at Heritage Park

- Carnival continues daylong ($25 armbands)
- Taylor Summer Festival Concert: GIN BLOSSOMS/ Sheridan Pavilion / Gates Open at 6 p.m.
- No lawn chairs allowed inside the pavilion / Must have ID for alcohol. No refunds.
- Parking inside and surrounding Heritage Park is $10.
Saturday, June 24 (Noon to 11 p.m.)

- Carnival continues daylong ($30 armbands only; no unlimited ride presale armbands available for this date.)
- Taylor Summer Festival Concert: DANIELLE BRADBERY & FRANKIE BALLARD / Sheridan Pavilion / Gates Open at 6 p.m.
- No lawn chairs allowed inside the pavilion. Must have ID for alcohol / No refunds.
- Recoil Firearms' Taylor Summer Festival Fireworks Display at 10 p.m. Fireworks are free.
- Parking inside and surrounding Heritage Park is $10.
Sunday, June 25 (noon-7 p.m.)
- Carnival continues daylong ($25 armbands)
Carnival Armbands: Unlimited ride armbands will be available for purchase. Price will vary by the day of the festival (see above) . You must purchase a ticket or and armband to be admitted into the carnival area (no ticket-no entry).
Parking: Vehicle parking will be available both inside and outside of Heritage Park for $10. Official festival parking will be located at the southern end of the park (Northline Road entrance) and at the Wayne County Community College-Taylor Campus. Other private paid parking will be available in the surrounding areas.
Adjacent Street Restrictions: In order to facilitate vehicular movement and to promote public safety, the City of Taylor Police Department enacts the following Michigan Motor Vehicle Code provision adopted through City Ordinance 48-19 effective 10 a.m. June 24 through 1a.m. June 25, 2022.
257.602 Compliance with order or direction of police officer.
A person shall not refuse to comply with a lawful order or direction of a police officer when that officer, for public interest and safety, is guiding, directing, controlling, or regulating traffic on the highways of this state.
One-side parking will be posted on the following streets:
Brest, Clinton, W. Keyes, Moran, Klebba, Phyllis, Livingston, Ernst, Ran, Birch, Morley, Maplelawn, Goldenridge, Lincoln, McKinley, Beechwood, Katherine, Dudley, William, Baraga, Mortenview
Violators will be ticketed /towed.
Pardee Road Traffic: Pardee road between Goddard and Northline roads will be closed to all vehicular traffic at 7 p.m. on June 24. The roadway will be reopened as soon as the fireworks traffic has safely dispersed at approximately midnight.
