In person proceedings and access to the building remains restricted. The 23rd District Court operates under the direction of the State Court Administrative Office which requires the Court to continue limiting in-person activities to protect Court staff and the public from the spread of COVID-19.
We remind you to please utilize our online resources to resolve your case if possible or to obtain information. Payments can be made online, by phone, or drop-box 24/7 outside the Court entrance.
The Court is continuing to hold almost all types of hearings remotely through Zoom for the foreseeable future.
