Weekly podcast features discussion of Hallow-Palooza, scheduled for October 28 at Heritage Park

Ready for something really spooky?
Look no further than Hallow-Palooza, brought to you by the City of Taylor. It's scheduled for 5 p.m. October 28 at Heritage Park -- and includes a movie in the pavilion at the end! Host Dr. Paul Reeves, Karl Ziomek and Events Programmer Chelsea Nunnally discuss the new Halloween event (along with plenty of other upcoming events), on the City of Taylor's weekly podcast, "Coffee With Mayor Rick Sollars."
Mayor Sollars, the Rotary Club of Taylor and the Taylor Conservatory & Botanical Gardens are all sponsors of the event.
You must register to participate. The event is free for Taylor residents, $5 per non-resident.
Register at the Taylor Recreation Department, 22805 Goddard, starting on October 1.
Included in the fun will be a haunted house at the Petting Farm; trunk or treat that will include elected officials, Police, Fire and other departments and continue at the Conservatory with a "Classic Cars with Spooky Trunks" show; general trick or treat around the park; pumpkin carving; snacks (available for purchase) and much more.
The events will take place between 5-7:30 p.m.
At 7:30, "Hotel Transylvania 2" will take to the big outdoor screen inside the Sheridan Center Open Air Pavilion (lawn chairs and blankets recommended).
For more information, email Chelsea Nunnally (cnunnally@ci.taylor.mi.us) or call (734) 374-8900 Ext. 2, Option 3.
